Special Counsel Jack Smith has levied more charges against former President Donald Trump and two of his employees in the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case. Trump faces an extra count of willful retention of national defense information and two additional obstruction counts. Employees Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira are accused of attempting to delete security footage after a subpoena was issued for it. A Trump spokesman called the charges a "desperate and flailing attempt" to harass Trump.
