Despite this slowdown, core inflation exceeded predictions, climbing to 3.7%. EY’s Gregory Daco noted, “The underlying growth mix continues to signal robust momentum, but demand growth is gently cooling leading to easing inflationary pressures.”

TikTok’s CEO, Shou Zi Chew, confidently states: "We expect to win a legal challenge to block this legislation."
