Young Americans' top financial regret is not saving enough for emergencies, with 25% of Gen Z and 21% of millennials highlighting this issue. Only 44% can cover a $1,000 emergency, and over 25% have no savings. Inflation makes saving harder. Greg McBride of Bankrate suggests automating small savings, while Matt Schulz of LendingTree states, “Even minimal savings offer crucial financial protection.”  

📈 US Q2 Economic Growth Revised Up to 3% Annual Rate

The U.S. economy grew at a 3% annual rate in Q2, up from 2.8%, driven by strong consumer spending and a 7.5% rise in business investment following 1.4% growth in Q1. Despite high interest rates, inflation eased to 2.5%, and core PCE inflation dropped to 2.7%. Economist Mark Zandi said, “This revision reflects an economy showing surprising resilience and strength.”

🛑 Israelis Rally for Ceasefire After 6 More Hostages Die in Gaza

Tens of thousands of Israelis surged into Jerusalem’s streets Sunday night, chanting “Now! Now!” after six more hostages were found dead in Gaza. They demanded Prime Minister Netanyahu agree to a cease-fire with Hamas. The protest, Israel’s largest in 11 months, coincided with a general strike. Tel Aviv resident Shlomit Hacohen stated, “We believe the government is prioritizing its own survival over saving lives.”

It may be offered as a subscription service priced between $5 to $10. Amazon’s partnership with Anthropic is currently under UK investigation.

🚀 Boeing Starliner Returns Empty Next Week While Crew Remains in Space

Boeing's Starliner spacecraft, which launched on June 5, will return to Earth uncrewed on Sept. 6 due to delays and technical issues. The crew, Barry Wilmore and Sunita Williams will stay aboard the ISS until February, returning via a SpaceX capsule. Starliner will autonomously land in New Mexico before heading back to Boeing’s factory for further testing.
