🔒Two US Sailors Detained on China Espionage Charges
Two U.S. Navy sailors, Jinchao "Patrick" Wei, and Wenheng Zhao, have been arrested on charges of spying for China, having allegedly leaked national defense information for cash. On 4 August 2007, NASA launched the Mars Phoenix lander as part of the Mars Scout Program. The spacecraft, primarily managed by the University of Arizona, aimed to study the history of water on Mars, potentially habitable zones, and the planet's climate and geology.
